Terms & Conditions for 77dat

The following definitions apply throughout this Agreement. Where the context requires, words in the singular include the plural and vice versa, and words denoting one gender include all genders.

References to "writing" or "written" include electronic communications sent via the Platform's messaging system or to the support email address. References to specific laws are illustrative and do not constitute legal advice.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on 77dat, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. Players under 18 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the Platform in any capacity.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You have not been self-excluded from 77dat or any other gambling platform under a self-exclusion agreement that remains in force.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of any employee of 77dat or any of its affiliated service providers, game suppliers, or payment processors, unless explicitly permitted in writing by 77dat management.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not subject to any court order or legal prohibition that would prevent you from doing so.
• You are using your own legal name, genuine contact details, and a payment method registered in your own name. Using false identities or third-party payment accounts is strictly prohibited.
• You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming guidelines in their entirety.

77dat reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point during your use of the Platform. Where verification cannot be completed to 77dat's satisfaction, the Platform may suspend or close the Account and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation. Accounts found to have been opened by ineligible individuals — including minors — will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited.

3.1 Registration Process

Each individual may hold one Account only on 77dat. Creating duplicate, multiple, or shared Accounts ("multi-accounting") is a Prohibited Activity and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all balances across all related Accounts. To register, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, and a mobile number reachable in Bangladesh.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

77dat implements a Know Your Customer process to verify the identity and age of all Players. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo ID; proof of address (utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days); and proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash or Nagad account in your name). Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period of request will result in withdrawal restrictions and may lead to Account suspension.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials. 77dat will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. You must notify the support team immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. 77dat accepts no liability for losses resulting from a failure to maintain Account security, provided the Platform has not been negligent in its own systems.

3.4 Accurate Information

All information provided at registration and during subsequent KYC processes must be truthful and accurate. Providing false information — including false dates of birth, names, or addresses — constitutes fraud and will result in immediate Account closure, forfeiture of funds, and potential referral to relevant authorities. You are responsible for keeping your contact details current; 77dat is not liable for missed communications sent to outdated contact information.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

77dat supports the following mobile banking and digital payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and SureCash. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 77dat does not currently accept cryptocurrency, international debit/credit cards, or bank wire transfers. Supported methods are subject to change; the current list is maintained on the Platform's deposit page.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amounts and maximum transaction limits are detailed on the Platform's cashier page and may vary by payment method and Account tier. 77dat reserves the right to adjust these limits at its sole discretion with reasonable notice to affected Players.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your 77dat Wallet within two minutes of successful mobile confirmation. In rare cases of technical delays, deposits may take up to one hour. If a deposit has not appeared in your Wallet after one hour, contact support with your transaction reference number and the support team will investigate within two hours.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by the 77dat finance team within 24 hours of submission on business days. Withdrawals submitted during peak periods or public holidays may take up to 48 hours. Before any withdrawal can be processed, the Player must have completed KYC verification and the payment method used for withdrawal must match the name on the Account. 77dat does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

4.5 Currency and Fees

77dat operates an exclusively BDT Wallet. There are no currency conversion fees. 77dat does not charge a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges. Players are advised to check their payment provider's fee schedule independently. 77dat is not responsible for fees levied by third-party payment processors.

4.6 Chargebacks and Fraud

Any attempt to reverse, dispute, or chargeback a deposit after it has been credited to your Wallet constitutes fraud. 77dat will immediately suspend any Account associated with a chargeback attempt, withhold all pending withdrawals, and pursue recovery through all available legal channels. Players found to have engaged in fraudulent payment activity will be permanently banned from the Platform.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by 77dat are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general conditions in this section. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before the bonus or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified; uncompleted bonus balances expire automatically at the end of the validity period and are forfeited without compensation.

5.3 Eligible Games

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino and table games typically contribute at a lower rate than slot games. 5.4 Bonus Abuse

5.5 Seasonal and Bangladesh-Specific Promotions

77dat regularly offers promotions tied to Bangladeshi cultural events including Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (16 December), and the Bangladesh Premier League cricket season. These promotions are available exclusively to verified Bangladesh-based Players and are subject to their own published terms. 77dat reserves the right to withdraw or modify seasonal promotions at any time without prior notice.

5.6 Promotion Changes

77dat reserves the right to alter, cancel, or suspend any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after Players have already made qualifying deposits, 77dat will honour bonus credit already issued but is not obligated to issue new bonus credit to Players who had not yet qualified at the time of cancellation.

6.1 Game Rules

Each game available on 77dat is governed by its own rules provided by the relevant game supplier (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, or others). It is the Player's responsibility to read and understand the rules of each game before wagering. 77dat is not liable for losses resulting from a Player's misunderstanding of a game's rules or mechanics.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all funds:

• Creating or operating multiple Accounts (multi-accounting)
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live games, or sports betting markets
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or circumvent game mechanics
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors — any winnings derived from such exploitation are void
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies designed specifically to guarantee profit regardless of outcome ("arbing") at the expense of the Platform's pricing integrity
• Money laundering or using 77dat to process proceeds of criminal activity
• Providing false identification, impersonating another person, or using a third party's payment account
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 77dat support staff or other Players

6.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, server failure, game disconnection, or any other malfunction that affects the outcome of a wager, 77dat will investigate the incident using server logs and game provider records. Where a malfunction is confirmed, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned to the Player's Wallet at 77dat's discretion. Bets resulting from a manifest pricing or odds error are void regardless of the displayed outcome.

6.4 Sports Betting Integrity

77dat takes sports betting integrity seriously and cooperates with relevant sports governing bodies including the ICC and BCB upon request. Any Player found to have wagered on the basis of inside information, match-fixing arrangements, or other integrity violations will be permanently banned and relevant information may be shared with sport governing bodies or law enforcement.

8.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before closure, you must withdraw any remaining Wallet balance. 77dat will process the closure within 48 hours of receiving a valid request, provided there are no pending investigations, withdrawal requests, or active self-exclusion procedures that require resolution first.

8.2 Suspension by 77dat

77dat reserves the right to suspend or restrict an Account at any time and without prior notice where there is reasonable suspicion of:

• A breach of these Terms & Conditions
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period
• Receipt of a chargeback or disputed payment
• Multi-accounting or bonus abuse
• Use of prohibited automated software or tools
• Provision of false or misleading registration information

During a suspension, the Player's Wallet balance is frozen pending investigation. 77dat will notify the Player via their registered email address where legally permitted to do so.

8.3 Permanent Termination and Fund Forfeiture

Where an investigation confirms a material breach of these Terms & Conditions, 77dat may permanently terminate the Account and forfeit the entire Wallet balance, including any real-money deposits, winnings, and bonus credits. 77dat will provide written notice of termination and the grounds for fund forfeiture. Forfeited funds arising from confirmed fraud or money laundering may be reported to relevant authorities.

8.4 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of an Account for any reason, all licences, permissions, and rights granted to the Player under these Terms & Conditions cease immediately. The Player may not re-register on the Platform without prior written consent from 77dat. Sections of this Agreement that by their nature survive termination — including Sections 6.2 (Prohibited Activities), 9 (Limitation of Liability), and 10 (Governing Law) — shall remain in full force and effect.

9.1 Platform Availability

77dat endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party outages (including payment provider downtime), force majeure events, or actions of regulatory authorities may cause temporary unavailability. 77dat is not liable for any losses — including lost wagering opportunities — arising from planned or unplanned platform downtime.

9.2 Accuracy of Information

While 77dat makes reasonable efforts to ensure that odds, game information, promotional terms, and account balances displayed on the Platform are accurate and up to date, errors may occasionally occur. 77dat reserves the right to correct any manifest errors and, where a transaction has been processed based on an erroneous price or figure, to void that transaction and return stakes to the Player's Wallet.

9.3 Indirect and Consequential Loss

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77dat excludes all liability for indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or reputational damage. This exclusion applies regardless of whether such losses were foreseeable or 77dat had been advised of the possibility of such losses.

9.4 Player Responsibility

You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that you accept sole responsibility for all decisions made while using the Platform. 77dat is not responsible for gambling losses incurred during your use of the service, provided the Platform has operated in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and applicable fair-play standards.

9.5 Third-Party Services

The Platform integrates services from third-party providers including game suppliers, payment processors, and identity verification services. 77dat is not liable for failures, delays, errors, or data breaches attributable to these third-party providers, provided 77dat has exercised reasonable care in their selection and oversight.

10.1 Dispute Resolution Process

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding your Account, a transaction, or the outcome of a game, you should first contact 77dat's support team at [email protected], providing as much detail as possible including your Account username, the date and time of the relevant event, and the nature of your complaint. The support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days.

10.2 Escalation

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the initial support response , you may escalate your complaint by sending a written request to the same email address marked "Formal Complaint — Escalation". 77dat's management team will review escalated complaints within 10 business days and issue a final written decision. All correspondence regarding disputes must be conducted in English.

10.3 Amendments to These Terms

77dat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 77dat will provide at least 14 days' notice via the registered email address or a prominent on-platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision.

10.4 Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Agreement. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect and shall be interpreted so as to give effect to the original intent of the parties as closely as possible.

10.5 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming guidelines published on 77dat.net, constitute the entire agreement between you and 77dat with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings of any kind, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.

10.6 Language

This Agreement is drawn up in the English language. In the event of any translation being prepared for informational purposes, the English-language version shall prevail in all cases of conflict or ambiguity.
